Please be advised that if Nicor's property is located inside your building, you must provide access to Nicor property pursuant to Nicor's Terms and Conditions, Conditions of Service: Access to Premises: "The properly authorized agents of the Company shall at all reasonable hours have free access to the premises for the purpose of inspecting the Customer's installation and of reading, examining, repairing, or removing the Company's meters or other property."

You as the owner (Landlord) of the properties listed above will allow Nicor Gas access to its facilities to terminate the services and will waive any and all claims against Nicor Gas Company for any damage done to the property resulting from the termination of service, including but not limited to damages from frozen pipes.

If you fail to respond to this notice and agreement, or do not notify Nicor of any property changes in writing within 10 days Nicor will, within its discretion and pursuant to Illinois Commerce Commission restrictions, continue to provide gas service to the address after the tenant cancels service and you, as the Landlord, will be charged and deemed liable for any gas service provided thereafter.
