In response to COVID-19, Nicor Gas expanded its payment arrangement options for commercial customers. Now, customers can enroll in a payment arrangement with no down payment, and split the remaining balance into nine equal monthly payments. Customers can enroll in a payment arrangement once every 12 months. Take advantage of these special terms now.

Business Optimization Rebates
The Nicor Gas Energy Efficiency Program recently launched a business optimization offering. Public or private commercial facilities can take advantage of specialized rebates designed to cover 100% of project costs on eligible equipment and improvements. Covered projects include steam trap surveys, steam trap repair or replacement, pipe insulation, boiler tune-ups and more. Just use an approved contractor.

Small Business Emergency Assistance Program
This grant program is designed to help small businesses pay down past-due balances. Eligible customers may receive a one-time grant in the form of a credit on their account equal to one-half of their past-due balance, up to $500. The remaining balance can be set up on a special payment arrangement. Funding is limited, and applications open December 15.
