Nicor Gas is warming more than just homes this winter
Giving the gift of warmth
In the spirit of giving, the Nicor Gas Energy Efficiency Program teamed up with Operation Warm to distribute free brand-new winter coats to elementary school students in Joliet and Cicero ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday. During this annual event, employees gathered to hand out coats to over 800 children, along with valuable information about resources and services that may further support their families this winter. In total, 1,600 children will receive free coats through this initiative in 2025.
