Known for traditional Mexican food with a modern touch, B’n Chingon is a family affair. Osvaldo and Maricela work alongside their children, making the restaurant a place where the Gomez family can build a business and memories together.

For Osvaldo, many of the restaurant’s recipes are rooted in memories of growing up in Mexico. Some were inspired by food he enjoyed on the street, while others remind him of meals his mother prepared. “Those memories stick with me,” he says. “The flavor, there’s no comparison.”
