Giving back this holiday season at Nicor Gas

Nicor Gas partnered with nonprofits helping people access what they need to feel safe, healthy and happy.

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Dec. 15, 2025 – This holiday season, Nicor Gas continued its tradition of giving back through the Energy to Give campaign—a heartfelt effort that shows when we join forces, our impact multiplies.

From December 1–12, employees across participating offices united for the Energy to Give Food Drive and collected nonperishable food items to support 11 local food pantries throughout our service territory. Each can of soup, box of pasta and jar of peanut butter donated helped ensure that families across our communities have a meal to share.

But the giving didn’t stop there—Nicor Gas volunteers also assisted local food banks with sorting and packing supplies and made fleece blankets to provide comfort to those in need.
