For your convenience, choose from one of the following ways to receive a paperless version of your bill through:
- Mobile Wallet: Receive and pay your bill through your smartphone's mobile wallet - Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android).
- My Account: Receive an email when your bill is ready to view and pay online through My Account. Username and password required.
This online bill management and payment tool also allows you to:
- Enroll in: AutoPay and the Budget Plan.
- View your: bill and payment history, natural gas usage and past meter readings.
- Chat with: a customer service representative.
Budget Plan. Even out the seasonal highs and lows of your natural gas bill by enrolling in our Budget Plan. Enroll in the Budget Plan with AutoPay and paperless billing for even more convenience.
Please note that third-party vendor payment processing fees may apply for select bill payment options.
AutoPay. Safely and conveniently have your bill payment automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card each month for free. Please note it may take a billing cycle after you enroll for AutoPay to be set up on your account.
Gift Payment. Give the gift of warmth any time of the year by making a gift payment toward someone’s Nicor Gas bill! Fill in, print and mail the gift payment form or call us at 888.Nicor4U (888.642.6748).
If you are a victim of identity theft, please complete the ID Theft Affidavit. This form can be submitted via facsimile to 630.388.3863 or via US Mail to PO Box 190, Aurora, IL 60507.
