The Nicor Gas Energy Efficiency Program is committed to supporting our communities and fostering growth in the EE industry. We launched the Market Development Initiative as a way to help contractors and individuals facing barriers to economic advancement get the training they need to succeed. There are two main paths to participate in MDI; find out more about each option and if you or your business may qualify!
Trade Ally Development (TAD) program
TAD aims to help contractors grow their businesses. If you're looking to earn certifications, expand your business into energy efficiency, or learn tips on creating a growth plan, TAD can help support your organization.
Workforce Training and Employment (WTE) program
WTE helps those new to the EE industry as well as those currently employed as EE contractors grow their skills. This includes earning BPI certification, receiving hands-on field training and more!
