Our internal teams, including field employees and customer service representatives, are key in connecting customers to financial aid programs from federal, state, local, and company-sponsored sources. Notably, the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and the Company’s collaborative initiatives with the Salvation Army offer crucial support, including grants for seniors and veterans. We also offer alternative payment options and budgeting assistance to help customers pay their bill.
