What can I expect with a virtual assessment?
The virtual assessment is conducted via a smartphone or mobile device with our Energy Advisors. During your appointment, we will:
- Review your current HVAC systems and other fixtures
- Identify available energy-saving opportunities
- Share expert advice on efficiency projects
You will receive a personalized assessment report for your home, along with recommendations for future energy-saving projects and available rebates. After your assessment, you will receive a contactless delivery of free energy-saving products, including high-efficiency showerheads, faucet aerators and pipe insulation.
Preparing for your assessment
Before your virtual assessment, make sure to:
- Fully charge the phone or tablet that will be used during the assessment
- Confirm Wi-Fi or network activity to the mobile device; please note any potential connectivity dead spots around your home
- Ensure your device has a compatible browser; the video-sharing software works with most modern browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and Opera.
