Nicor Gas Named Customer Champion in Study of Top Utilities
NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Feb. 16, 2018 – Nicor Gas has been named as a 2017 Customer Champion in a recent Cogent Reports study conducted by Market Strategies International. The study named 49 utilities throughout the country as Customer Champions for building the industry’s strongest customer service, brand and product experience.

The ECR is based upon 12 factors that span brand trust, product experience and service satisfaction performance, as rated in the 2017 Utility Trusted Brand & Customer Engagement™: Residential by Market Strategies.

Now in its fourth year, the study is a web-based survey of nearly 60,000 residential electric, natural gas and combination utility customers of the 130 largest utilities in the U.S. (based on residential customer counts).
